Zebrunner Device Farm#

Zebrunner Device Farm is a cross-platform solution for multithreaded test execution. It provides remote web access to physical devices (Android and iOS) including phones, tablets, TVs and can be used both for manual and automated testing.

For Automation Reporting distribution of Zebrunner, this integration allows users to:

  1. Execute native mobile tests on many types of devices
  2. View web driver session artifacts (such as video recording, session logs, and metadata) for test sessions linked to executions of automated tests

Configuration#

If you use the Pro version of Device Farm with the dedicated set of devices set up by Zebrunner team, the integration will be pre-configured and enabled by default.

The following steps need to be performed to add a Zebrunner Device Farm integration:

  1. Navigate to Setting → Integrations → Zebrunner Device Farm
  2. Click the Integration button
  3. Enter your URL, username and access key
  4. Select the projects to add the integration to. For more information, refer to Selecting projects documentation
  5. (optional) Click the Test button to check connectivity
  6. Click the Save button

Launching tests on Zebrunner Device Farm using Zebrunner Launcher#

Once you have configured the integration with Zebrunner Device Farm, you can run tests on it. To do so, you need to select the Zebrunner Device Farm as a testing platform while creating or editing a Launcher or Preset.

Note

Zebrunner Device Farm will only be available as an option for Launcher if it is configured and enabled in integration settings.
